EBulldozers. Loaders. Excavators. Cranes. As an apprentice Equipment Operator, you’ll learn to run the heavy machinery that makes large-scale construction possible.
You’ll move earth, spread materials, and prepare foundations for roads, bridges, and buildings. You’ll read project plans, follow specs, and coordinate with other trades to keep work on schedule and on target.
You’ll also learn to inspect and maintain your equipment, adjust for different soil and material conditions, and apply techniques specific to large-scale jobs.

Operating heavy equipment takes focus, good judgment, and real skill. If you want to be the one behind the controls on the biggest projects in New Jersey and Delaware, this is where you start.
